Mide la cintura y las extremidades. No es exactamente tecnolog\u00eda de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meditaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La meditaci\u00f3n te ayudar\u00e1 a bajar la presi\u00f3n arterial, pero mucho m\u00e1s: puede ayudar a tu creatividad, tu intuici\u00f3n, tu conexi\u00f3n con tu yo interior, dice Burke Lennihan, una enfermera registrada que ense\u00f1a meditaci\u00f3n en el Centro para la Salud de la Universidad de Harvard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la meditaci\u00f3n, llegas a la verdad de por qu\u00e9 constantemente te saltas tu entrenamiento matutino o comes comida r\u00e1pida cada noche de camino a casa. Sin embargo, los resultados que logra cada persona en los programas de p\u00e9rdida de peso es muy diferente. Entre los factores poco tradicionales que se han demostrado que impiden la p\u00e9rdida de peso, la falta de sue\u00f1o est\u00e1 ganando atenci\u00f3n y reconocimiento. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Diario de la Asociaci\u00f3n M\u00e9dica Americana hizo un experimento con 80 adultos con sobrepeso y sue\u00f1o habitual de menos de 6,5 horas por noche. Las personas que aumentaron las horas de sue\u00f1o durante 2 semanas redujeron 270 calor\u00edas de su ingesta diaria en comparaci\u00f3n con el grupo de control. El gasto total de energ\u00eda no cambi\u00f3, lo que result\u00f3 en un d\u00e9ficit cal\u00f3rico con la extensi\u00f3n del sue\u00f1o. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hallazgos sugieren que mejorar y mantener una duraci\u00f3n adecuada del sue\u00f1o podr\u00eda reducir el peso y ser una intervenci\u00f3n viable para los programas de prevenci\u00f3n de la obesidad y p\u00e9rdida de peso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alimentaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La raz\u00f3n m\u00e1s com\u00fan del sobrepeso son los atracones. Para bajar de peso es necesario hacer un esfuerzo consciente por controlar los h\u00e1bitos de alimentaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;Las recomendaciones de Harvard Health son:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mantener un espacio de 4 horas entre cada comida, es decir, disfrutar de 3 a 4 platos fuertes al d\u00eda. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comer despacio, toma 30 minutos para disfrutar de su comida. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evita distracciones como la televisi\u00f3n mientras comes.
